La Palestina, Peru - 12oz (340gr)

We met Origin Coffee Lab, Jose and Stanley back in November of 2021 at Wonderstate Coffee in WI.  Started up a conversation and fast forward a little more than a year and we have this exceptional coffee. Fika is very excited to start our partnership with Origin Coffee Lab and the honest work they are doing for coffee producers in Peru.

This particular coffee comes from Finca La Palestina, the patriarchs of this farm are husband and wife, Juan Aarcon and Soraida Coronel. Over 30 years ago this purchased this farm and named it La Palestina because "the land is blessed, everything that is harvested in the land grows and bears fruit." The children now run the farm together as a family!
