Comon Yaj Noptic cooperative was founded in 1995 by a group of smallholder farmers from indigenous groups in the area. Comon Yaj Noptic means "all of us think." Today there are about 160 producer members. This particular bean holds up well to the extreme heat and time that goes along with a darker roast. So grab a friend and cut this coffee with a little fresh cream and sugar for a nice afternoon fika!
Our roasting is done each week Tuesday - Thursday, and online orders are fulfilled and shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays through the holidays.
