Our New Chapter
Fika Coffee began in a humble shed at the end of a dirt road, surrounded by towering pines and maples. It was a small space—but it held a big dream. That dream led us to Lutsen, MN, where we opened our café on Highway 61 and spent nearly a decade welcoming the community in.
Now, we’re entering a new chapter—and it feels a lot like coming home.
Our new headquarters, nestled once again in the Superior National Forest, was designed and built by longtime friends (and Fika fans) Woody Seim and Geoff Attleson. Together with our architects, they brought to life our belief in cultivating beauty through work—creating a space that’s as intentional as it is inviting.
At 2,500 square feet, it gives us the room we need to roast, grow, and dream.

Efficiency and wellness were at the heart of every design decision. The expanded space allows for equipment upgrades, reducing strain on our team while increasing productivity. We’ve also included thoughtful features like:
- Studio apartment to help with local housing shortages
- Team kitchen and indoor sauna
- Café-style training lab for staff and wholesale partners
Every corner of this space reflects our care for the people who bring Fika to life.
