ASPROGUATE is an organization that represents more than 1,900 small producers from the region. Its purpose is to responsibly transfer benefits to sustainable value chain coffee producers. In this area of Guatemala, many husbands leave to work in the US and send money back to their families, so the farms represented are majority women owned farms.
This coffee is sweet with a smooth mouthfeel. It carries flavors of toffee and cocoa and has a clean finish.
