During a visit to Huehuetenango, Guatemala last March, we tasted this coffee as a sample - and loved it so much that the Villatoros kept this five bag lot separate for us! This coffee is a beautiful reflection of our friendship and shared dedication to craft and care.

About the Coffee

What makes it truly unique is the process it went through: special picking, 40 hour fermentation, depulping, a second 40 hour fermentation, washing process, and finally a 16 day greenhouse drying process. This coffee was taken through a careful and intentional approach that brings out a remarkable depth and character in the cup.
