Guatemala, Alaska

Regular price $22.00

This is another solid offering from Finca La Esperanza, in Huehuetenango Guatemala. This coffee was named Alaska because it is from the highest most remote, and most particular part of the farm. It is said to have its own microclimate. The microclimate makes it a bit more challenging to grow coffee says Rodin, but they must have figured it out to some extent this year. The coffee is delicious. It has a mellow brightness, medium body, and smooth finish. Flavor notes range from subtle citrus fruit up front, with a nutty undertone lingering into the finish.
