Named Alaska, this coffee is from the highest, most remote, and most particular part of the farm. Within its own microclimate, this coffee is a bit more challenging to grow says Rodin Villatoro, but they must have figured it out to some extent this year. The coffee is delicious!
Mellow brightness, medium body, and smooth finish. Flavor notes range from subtle citrus fruit up front, with a nutty undertone lingering into the finish.
