It's been a while since we have had a coffee to offer you from Honduras, we have a new partnership with Bonaventure Coffee Project. We are very excited for this new partnership with Bonventure as we hold and are strive towards a couple main values. One mostly being that Coffee is People!
Danilo started his farm with his wife they only where growing fruits and vegetables to sell, he started to work on a neighbors coffee farm and that's where he was encouraged to plant some coffee on his property. Currently Danilo is producing coffee on 1.75 hectares (~4 acres) he producing three varieties right now, Pacas, Bourbon and Pacamara. One of the greatest challenges for him and most coffee producers is the high cost and ever changing cost of agriculture supplies need to produce coffee.
Tasting Notes: A pleasant juicy body, flavors of watermelon and strawberry finishes like a Jolly Rancher sweet & bright.
