Coming from the San Vicente mill of Benjamin Paz, is a new and exciting coffee grown by Nelin Yovani Guzman Muñoz, and a coffee varietal we at Fika have not offered before!
Ever since a child, Nelin helped his father with his coffee farm. In 1998, Nelin began to produce conventional coffee, and in 2017, motivated by his neighbors who produced specialty coffee and sold their coffee at higher prices, Nelin prepared his first micro lot of specialty coffee.
Our roasting is done on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and online orders are fulfilled and shipped on Thursdays. If your order is placed on Wednesday or later, it will be added to our roasting queue for the following week.
