Darker than Dark Roast

December is the darkest month of the year for those of us up north in Minnesota. So with that, we bring you our seasonal solstice roast! We have created this extra-dark roast (think French Roast) as a way to celebrate this season of limited daylight! This coffee pairs well with a splash of heavy cream from your local dairy, hot ebelskivers off the cook stove, and your favorite chair next to the fire.
