Organic Decaf - Peru
This water processed decaf comes from the cooperative, Lima Farms, in Cajamarca, Peru. Smallholder producers farm on 2-3 hectares of land, and work together with the coop to process and export their coffee. Once washed, the coffee is taken to Descamex facility in Mexico to undergo the decaffeination process.
We roast our coffee Tuesday - Thursday, and fulfill and ship out online orders on Thursday of each week.
All orders received on Wednesday or later will be added to our roasting queue for the following week.
