Espresso 61 - 12oz (340gr)
This is our house espresso, that plays well on it's own or with milk. It has a nice heavy body and lots of sweetness and brightness.
Origins: Currently this blend consists of two Guatemalan coffees from our favorite Guatemalan farm, Finca La Esperanza. We first cam up with this blend in the winter of 2019, and it is back this year! Fifty percent Villaure, a coffee that is natural processed, and fifty percent Los Cedros, a fully washed coffee. Together they make a delectably sweet and syrupy espresso. And a great cup of coffee as well.
