Organic Ethiopia - Mulish Washing Station
Home to the Oromo people for centuries, this coffee comes from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia. The soil is rich and fertile, and the forests are home to trees reaching into the skies and providing wonderful shade, perfect for coffee trees. Around 880 Guji smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the Mulish washing station. The coffee is then milled in Addis Ababa, exported by Testi Coffee, transported and imported by Trabocca and brought to us on the shore of Lake Superior.
We roast our coffee Tuesday - Thursday, and fulfill and ship out online orders on Thursday of each week.
All orders received on Thursday or later will be added to our roasting queue for the following week.
