Roasters Choice is generally a light roasted, single origin coffee that changes monthly.
Our roasting is done on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and online orders are fulfilled and shipped on Thursdays. If your order is placed on Wednesday or later, it will be added to our roasting queue for the following week.
